Hi, I’m arohi! I’m a strategist, designer, facilitator, and coach supporting systems changemakers in scaling social impact with ingenuity and integrity.
A lifelong learner, I’m certified in Mind-Body Coaching with the Embody Lab, Human-Centered Design with Luma, and DEI in the workplace from USF. I am a proud multi-hyphenate and generalist, deftly blending right- and left-brained thinking, with over a decade of cross-functional experience in Non-Profit, Start-Up, Civic Engagement, and Academia.
In the Spring of ‘23, I earned an MBA at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley on a full ride scholarship as a Consortium Fellow and Forte Fellow.
With a lifetime of study in yoga and the arts, I foster a Mind-Body-Soul connection with clients and collaborators.
Education & Training
Citing lineage for evolving bodies of practice 🪐

One of my most formative professional experience was with learning luminaries at TFA - Esther Drake, Elizabeth Ayala Harris, & Noemi Wierwille.
I integrate multiple theories on how we best learn (ex. neuroscience, psychology, andragogy, experiential, critical) to facilitate behavioral and cultural change. Learning can be dynamic and transformative at many levels - program, team, organization, network.

I’m a LUMA certified designer and facilitator who helps groups tackle challenges and feel unleashed.
I learned the fundamentals from Stanford D School, IDEO, Liberatory Design, Design Justice.
*HCD, while most widely recognized, has a legacy of extraction, reinforcing power asymetries, and perpetuating harm. I'm interested in deconstructing traditional approaches to design. See:
A Designer Reckons with Design Thinking by Tania Anaissie is a comprehensive analysis on how traditional design falls short.

I have earned a 200 HR Yoga Teacher certification and in progress on a Somatic Coaching Certification with Embody Lab.
I weave somatic practices into our work together to unearth the body's wisdom and practice holistic wellbeing.

I come from a family of expressive creatives. I was lucky to be exposed to and practice the arts through my childhood - theater, music, dance, painting, writing.
I blend storytelling, graphic design, and visual thinking (thanks to my mentor Kawai Lai) to round out my toolkit in the fight for social justice.

In the Spring of 2023, I took Indigenous & Decolonial Feminist Ways of Knowing with Dr. Sandra Pacheco in the Gender Women Studies department at Berkeley. I've also learned about ancestral healing and herbalism with Tierra Rituals.
I continue to look towards Indigenous wisdom keepers to inform how we might learn, heal, and live in ways that return us to healthier relationship with people and planet.
